Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Pasadena

We are in search of a part-time Nanny to help care for our 13-month-old daughter, 8-12 hours per week, with more hours possible in the coming months. Initially there would be a fixed schedule on Mondays from 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The additional weekly hours will be worked out with person we hire for Wednesdays and/or Fridays, and could be somewhat flexible. Expect you to care for M with diaper changes, play time, eating (breakfast, lunch, snacks), nap schedules, and cleaning up after her. May also ask for support with occasional house chores related to the children. We value open and honest communication as well as kindness, play, outside time, and mutual respect. We orient our parenting around the RIE, Reggio Emilia, and gentle parenting approaches. Familiarity with these approaches is highly desired, but not required.
