Looking for childcare during working hours. Both my husband and I work from home but are on calls and need to do focused work. Morning will entail feeding milk and solids, upright play to digest, then putting down for first nap. After about 2 hours when shes awake, feed milk, solids, then monitored play, then go down for second nap. Would love for the nanny to engage with baby in ways that are healthy and encourage good development like tummy time, reading books, etc.
