Part-Time For 3 Year Old Son With Full-Time Potential

We are a warm and welcoming family. We are raising our son to be polite, kind, respectful and inclusive towards others. We promote a peaceful and respectful family environment. We need help with preschool drop-off and pickup and after school snack and play with our 3-year-old son. Part time hours available as it's focused on our son, but can increase to full time hours in December or January as we have a baby on the way! We are looking for a caregiver that is friendly, positive, empathetic, and patient, who can be firm but kind with our son. We also are looking for someone very focused on safety. The best caretaker will know how to build trust with both our son and us by over communicating. Punctuality is important, so we need someone who can plan to be on time and start at the agreed upon start time. No pets
