Part-Time Caretaker For 3 Year Old Son

We are a warm and welcoming family. We have a sense of humor but also work very hard and need a caretaker that can help support us so that we can attend to our full time jobs. We are raising our son to be polite, kind, respectful and inclusive towards others. We promote a peaceful and respectful family environment. Our son loves fire trucks, dump trucks, drawing, his lovey is a bunny, and he likes drawing and running around outside and watering the plants. He also loves juicing oranges into orange juice! And cooking with me in the kitchen. He is a good sleeper and eater. He also has a silly, fun sense of humor. We need help with preschool drop-off and pickup and after school snack and play. We also need help with making lunches daily, light cleanup in the kitchen, nursery and playroom. We are looking for a caregiver that is friendly, positive, empathetic, and patient. We are looking for a good communicator that uses positive discipline and options. Our son generally listens well but has moment where he resists so would need someone who can provide options and help guide him to act. If he doesn't, we need someone who can gently and kindly guide him (picking him up is ok but he should understand they are helping his body instead of him feeling forced). Punctuality is important to us so we need someone who can plan to be on time and start at the agreed upon start time. We also are looking for someone very focused on safety, and can keep us informed of the daily events. The best caretaker will know how to build trust with both our son and the parents by over communicating. No pets
