Mother's Helper Needed For 3 Children (9, 12, & 14 Yrs) In Palos Verdes Peninsula

I'm looking for a Mother's Helper: someone responsible with a good driving record to pick up my 3 children from school and who can help monitor and guide them through their homework making sure everyone stays on task since they all have busy after school activities scheduled and limited time to complete homework and study. The ideal candidate would be a self-starting individual who would utilize their down-time wisely, taking every opportunity they can to address the never-ending laundry situation and keep organization in my home in between driving my children to/from their activities (mileage reimbursement is OK depending upon pay scale). Must be comfortable with dogs and cats (dogs are mostly outdoor, cats remain indoors).. I like to keep a very organized home and schedule and candidates should be structured and organized, too.
