Job number: 10523 Location: Palo Alto, California. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Children: 8-month-old. Duties: Childcare, cooking for child, light tidying, loading and unloading dishwasher, family laundry, grocery shopping. Requirements: First time parents are seeking a loving, playful, caring, and positive Nanny to care for their son. They describe their baby as an active and curious little explorer who loves to interact, play, and communicate. He enjoys standing up, playing on his drums, and engaging in physical play that helps him develop new skills. At the same time, he also has moments when he prefers to sit, focus, and explore independently without distractions. The ideal Candidate can read his energy and adapt-actively engaging him in developmental activities, interactive play, and movement-based exercises when he seeks stimulation, while also respecting his need for independent play and avoiding overstimulation. In addition to being warm and attentive, the Candidate should be professional, punctual, responsible, and diligent. The baby and his needs are the primary focus of this role, but the Family is seeking a Candidate who can also assist with household tasks during his nap times or when he is with Mom. Candidate who speaks English and Russian is ideal, but not required. Candidate must be comfortable teaming with an at-home Mom, and must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations. Salary: $40-$45 per hour Benefits: Guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement.
