We are seeking a compassionate, trustworthy, and neuroaffirming Household Assistant to support our family with caregiving and household management. This full-time role includes competitive pay and a healthcare stipend, and is an excellent long-term opportunity. Primary responsibility: Before and after school care for 2 children (9yo with special needs is seizure prone and needs support with health, communication and adaptive skills , 6yo needs only minimal supervision). One parent will always be WFH and available to advise and support. Secondary (not overlapping with childcare hours): Household tasks/chores as assigned by family e. g., light dusting, laundry, dishwasher, changing bed linens, light meal prep This role is 40 hours/week - 30 hours on a fixed schedule (7. 30-10. 30 a.m. and 2. 30-5. 30 p.m. M-F) and the other 10 hours are flexible.
