Looking For A Babysitter For Our 2 Toddlers

Hi! We have 4 kids but need a babysitter for our 2 youngest(2&3) for a few weeks. We would love someone who can come to our home as the kids have never been watched by anyone besides myself (mom) and I want to try to make it as comfortable and easy for them as possible. I dont have a set schedule yet. Some days could just be a few hours and some days could be more full time so we'd prefer someone who is flexible with their schedule. Also if it works out we would love to hire for the occasional date nights
