I work a restaurant job in the evening, so childcare would be about 4-6 hours. 4:30-10:30 (the absolute latest). Dinner will always be ready for them. No housekeeping required at all. They usually eat dinner between 6:30-7:30. After that, they brush their teeth and get in pajamas, and start to wind down for the night. It is not a requirement that they go to sleep by a certain time. I usually turn all the lights off by 8:30 and turn the tv down low so they can get into a sleepy time environment. My 1-year-old requires 1x bottle of formula during the shift.
