My son is very easy going and calm. He does get spurts of energy and need to be taken to the park or get air so he can jump and exert all that energy he has. We also have a golf course in the back and we take him to the backyard so he can play and run. We our fixing our backyard so at the moment he can't do much in the back yard. When he is calm and mellow he likes to entertain himself with toys and if possible be read to. He loves being read stories or told stories. I limit his tablet usage and his television usage. However, because he has not used those devices for weeks at the moment I'm willing to allow him to use it while he gets accustomed to a new sitter.
