*Flexibility with schedule needed, some nighttime, weekend and travel help. -Ideal candidate is highly organized, nurturing, and capable of handling the boys academic and behavioral needs while managing some light housework and family assistant duties -Help manage daily routines -Help with homework and educational support -Implement a consistent structure and routine to help manage behavior and encourage positive development -Use techniques and strategies tailored to to ADHD and other conditions to encourage focus, emotional regulation, and social skills -Coordinate and transport -Communicate effectively with parents -Collaborate with parents and healthcare professionals -Provide a safe, peaceful, stimulating and engaging environment -Be willing to travel with the family when required -Engage in active play
