Full-time Nanny & Home Manager

We are looking for childcare for our three elementary aged children. We are also looking for this person to help with executive or home management services while the kids are in school. During school days, the daytime hours will be flexible (based on home management needs) but will need help from 3-8 p.m. (sometimes can leave earlier). If there is not school, the hours would be 8-6 p.m. We can guarantee full-time pay. Highly value reliability and flexibility. Be available to stay later hours or work full days on occasions when the children are not in school or when previously agreed upon. Adapt to changing schedules and needs as necessary, ensuring that the family's requirements are met with flexibility and understanding. Job Responsibilities include (in addition to regular childcare): - Driving: Safely transport children to and from activities - Meal Preparation - Homework Assistance - Household Support: Assist with light household chores related to the children, such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and keeping their rooms organized. Exec Assistant Duties: - Manage household schedules, appointments, and calendars to optimize family time and commitments. - Assist with grocery shopping and household inventory management to ensure the family is well-stocked with necessary items. - Coordinate home maintenance and service appointments as needed. - Research and plan kids activities, birthdays, or special occasions and assist with logistics. - Household organization and decoration projects.
