Looking For A Reliable Nanny For Our Sunny 1 Year Old

We are both at a transition point with our jobs so we're looking for someone with pretty open availability. The job would most likely be 3-4 days a week with those days TBD. Our daughter is a fun and happy 13-month-old who is also a little strong willed. We are offering $20/hr depending on experience (max $25/hr). Mom works nights so she will most likely be asleep in the back room. Up to 20 hrs a week but we need someone who is flexible and a good communicator while we are figuring out the hours/ days we will need
