About the job
We have an almost 7-year-old son, named H, and an almost 11-year-old daughter named O. We are seeking a caregiver who is ENGAGED, ie *not on your phone* during caregiving hours, and motivated to lead, ie a willingness to initiate activities, experiences, and ideas. Our son can be labeled as "high needs" which really means... he NEEDS to move, be collaborated with, and be engaged in activities that inspire him and meet his sensory seeking needs. He needs a caregiver who has the emotional maturity to meet his sometimes overwhelming emotions with care, skill and understanding. We can work with you to know what that means, and we value group convos if H is having a hard time with a caregiver's rules, or boundaries. O is super "easy" and "go with the flow"
