We are flexible with hours and days so we are looking for someone to give us four hours of childcare every weekend so we can do chores around the house. We are willing to pay above market to find someone with experience and really knows how to manage the relationship between children. We have two various enthusiastic little boys and we want someone who really knows how to encourage the best of their relationship together and if they get jealous or competitive to help manage that which does sometimes happen. They are very large personalities so I'm looking for someone who really enjoys large amount of experience childcare.
