About the job
My husband and I are looking for a nanny to watch our 15 month and 3. 5-year-old daughters. They've had a nanny before and both currently go to daycare full time, so they're used to having other people watching them :) If we find the right fit, we'll take our 15-month-old out of daycare and provide a full time opportunity to watch her, with the understanding that we need sick coverage for the 3. 5-year-old if she's too sick to go to school. I've structured my work schedule so I can watch them if they're sick every day except Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday, so we really need to have coverage those days.
