Part Time Nanny For 2 YO Needed

We would love to find someone with a passion for childcare, who can bring energy, joy, imagination, and creativity into our child's day. - CPR certified, reliable transportation, non smoker - No other children - Screen time free family. We prefer no phone use when interacting with him unless urgent. - Patience, kindness, and respect are very important to us. - Routines and daily needs change constantly as kiddos grow therefore empathy and flexibility are ideal. - We encourage outdoor play and exploration. - We would love someone that can facilitate age appropriate arts and crafts (we can supply all materials). - Our son is most familiar with contact naps. We are currently working to transition him to napping independently (help with this will be needed). However, until independent naps happen our nanny would need to be okay with holding/rocking him for a nap and/or staying with him in the nursery while he naps after the transfer. My husband and I both work from home, therefore I can help prep his meals but would need someone to sit with him while he eats and clean up when he is done. We are not asking for any house work, just to help clean up after our son during the day. We have two dogs and chickens in the backyard. So will need to be comfortable with animals
