Nanny Needed For My Children

We are a family of 3 and a dog, new to the area. My son, Z is 13 months old and is by all accounts, an easy baby. He's sleep trained and a lot of fun! I work from home full time and my husband splits his time at home and in the office but one of us will be home at all times. I need someone to watch our son Wednesday-Friday 11:15 am-3:15 p.m. Our parenting style leads more towards free range. The ideal care we're looking for is feeding him lunch, going on walks, general playtime/reading together and putting him down for his last nap at 3 p.m. We have a 25 lb dog named Sebastian. He will remain upstairs in the office with me all day but may bark when the door opens or someone knocks.
