We have an 11-month-old boy. He is honestly super easy. We just need someone to help take the load off during the peak of our work days. My wife works from home full time and I work from home half time so we one of us will always be here. Normal day would be get in around 11 which is typically when he wakes from his first nap and then spend a few hours playing with him and feeding him lunch. Then you just put him in bed for his last nap and call it a day.
