Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed For 2 Girls-Long Term Position

Hello! We are looking for someone to be a nanny and mother's helper. This will be a long-term part time position with our family. We have two daughters ages 3 and 1. I stay home full time but am in need of regular and reliable help. Duties will include: nannying the kids, drop off/pickup, meal prep for the kids, running errands, tidying/organizing. Schedule may vary, we are looking for someone with some flexibility. Happy to discuss further! We value creative play, fun experiences, developmental activities. My 3-year-old loves imaginative and pretend play. My 1-year-old has yet to show preferences but loves her sister, dogs, being outside and playing. We are looking for someone to focus on developmentally appropriate activities while they are with the kids. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge in childhood development and takes initiative to set up activities and games to work on development. We would like someone who can provide structure while here. Our family is looking for someone who is caring, loving, attentive and nurturing. We have 2 dogs- a golden retriever and a golden-doodle. We have an outside cat that has never been inside the home.
