We're looking to find a the perfect babysitter that we can use once a week or on occasions that we need them. Someone who is comfy with dogs and okay with grandparents being around. I'm a first time mom so I'm super nervous to find the perfect fit! My daughter is pretty well behaved, just needs help falling asleep for bed (she gets fussy at times).
