Seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills who is open to feedback, has experience with infants, and is educated in child development. They're eager to teach and nurture growing minds, demonstrates mindfulness and patience, and values becoming an active/engaged part of our family. Bilingual in English and Spanish, is a plus but not required. Additionally, we are looking for someone open to occasional travel for vacations. It's essential that our caregiver practices mindful communication with baby. We are not a household that uses aggressive language or dismissive phrases like "you're okay" or "it's okay". Responding appropriately and mindfully to emotional dysregulation is key. Our family includes 2 chihuahuas and 1 husky/german mix. The chi's take some time to warm up and the mix is our big teddy bear.
