I own a construction company and work long hours. I can get the kids to school but, need support after school before I get home around 5:30 p.m. My wife just passed away. She was a stay-at-home mom that did it all (housekeeping, meals, laundry, tutoring, pick up / drop off, sporting events, help out at school, etc.). My primary goal is to find someone that can pick up the kids from school, watch them, help with homework, get them snacks, drive to after school events, sometimes prepare a meal until I get home from work. Secondary would-be laundry and housekeeping. I hope to find a person to do it all but, if I have to hire a housekeeper as well, I can do that.
