Hi! I'm looking for a reliable and flexible nanny to help care for my child due to my rotating work schedule as an ICU nurse and post-op recovery nurse. I typically work three days or nights per week, with shifts varying between: Day shift: 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Night shift: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (overnight care needed, including school drop-off). Occasional 24-hour post-op shifts (usually on a Thursday or Friday, with 3-4 weeks' notice). Additional Notes: Schedule Flexibility: I receive my schedule about a month in advance, so I'll be able to provide plenty of notice for childcare needs. Pet-Friendly Home: We have a sweet 1-year-old poodle. A dog walker is available if needed, but a pet lover is preferred!
