About the job
Seeking a loving, experienced, organized, responsible, non-punitive nanny/educator near Oceanside for our 12-month-old daughter. Both parents are currently working inside the home, are fully COVID-vaccinated. Ideal candidate is a mother herself, has 3+ years of experience taking care of a baby/toddler, knows the basics of Montessori principles and developmental milestones and is able to join our family for 6 months (and longer). Must be good with children, a good communicator, well-organized, clear and kind and arrive on time. Responsibilities will include feeding, going for a walk, changing diapers, putting to sleep, LOTS of reading and playing games to promote development and reaching milestones (learning new words, using utensils, walking etc) and cleaning up the toys and books at the end of the day.
