About the job
Seeking a loving, experienced, patient, responsible, non-punitive nanny/educator near Oceanside for our 9-month-old daughter. Both parents are currently working inside the home, are fully COVID-vaccinated. Ideal candidate is a mother herself, has 3+ years of experience taking care of an infant, knows the basics of Montessori principles and developmental milestones and is able to join our family for 6 months (and longer). Must be good with children, a good communicator, clear and kind and not get flustered easily by our baby being a baby. Responsibilities will include feeding, changing diapers, putting to sleep, playing, reading, using educational tools to promote development and reaching milestones (crawling, standing, learning words etc).
