my son is 6 weeks old right now and my husband and I are going back to work he is still a newborn so he has a pretty steady routine wake windows are typically packed with tummy time, contrast cards, neighborhood walks, diaper change and feeding. his naps last about hour to an hour and a half. he loves to chit chat to and be comfy in your arms
