8 Months Old Needs A Nanny!

My wife and I could use long term care for our son for about 30+ hours a week. He's about 8 months now. He's a good boy who loves his ducky toy. No need to take him out on trips, but it's something we might consider down the road. eats solids now, we prep it, but would be awesome if you could prep too if you are into that. just purees right now. No health issues other than occasional reflux, and some mild rashes as he learns new foods. Not sleep trained, but pretty easy for naps. He only wakes at night which wouldn't be ur job.
