We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with playful small dogs and who is CPR certified. Mom works from home and can help someone get up to speed. Playing with baby, feeding bottles, staying on nap schedule, and brining baby for breastfeeding around Moms at home work schedule is most needed.
