Were seeking a reliable and flexible Mothers Helper to support our family with childcare and household tasks. Duties rotate depending on needs: when my wife, Sasha, is caring for our infant son, R, you'll focus on household tasks like tidying, laundry for the whole family, light cleaning, meal prep or cooking, and organizing. When S is busy with tasks or out, youll care for R, handling feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, and engaging him in age-appropriate play. This role requires someone adaptable, who can follow daily and weekly delegation and pivot between responsibilities as needed. I work from home but am often out part of the day.
