Engaging And Loving Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Oakland

We have a 3. 5-month-old boy who is super cute (but we're biased!). I am currently on maternity leave but I take time off from 9AM-1 p.m. M-F to get errands done, work out, do personal things, etc. My husband and I also like to occasionally sleep in on a Saturday or Sunday and go out for a brunch without the baby to reconnect. Most importantly, we would like someone who understands infant development plays and can engage him in these plays in a fun and loving way. We are currently working on tummytime and grasping. Brownie points if you understand infant sleep patterns and sleep training. We do have a large dog who is very friendly.
