Energetic After-school And Date Night Sitter Needed For 6 & 9 Year Old

We are looking for a great babysitter for our 2 children, our daughter age 6 and our son age 9 in Oakland. We are looking for a sporty fun-loving sitter who is as comfortable on a trampoline as they are redirecting sibling squabbles. This would be for reoccurring date nights and occasional weekend or after school for one or both kids. We would prefer a babysitter who is comfortable with pets (a small non shedding poodle mix) and lives fairly nearby. Must have experience with neurodivergent children and be creative and curious. The kids love animals/ reptiles, arts and crafts, Lego's, jumping on the trampoline and making obstacle courses. They need support with sibling rivalry and sharing. Sometimes they need someone to bring up creative ideas for activities. Easy access to Rockridge BART and parking in front of the house.
