Looking For Long Term Support For Our Family

We have twin 10-year-olds (a boy and a girl) and a great dane puppy (4 months old). My partner is a firefighter and has a fluctuating schedule and I work typically 9am-5 p.m. (typically off a bit earlier). We are looking for someone that could occasionally pick the kids up from school and hang out with them and the puppy until I come home from work. We would also love some date nights and are ideally looking for someone that would be with us long-term; however please know that there are some weeks we don't need help at all, and the days we do need support often change.
