Afternoon Babysitting/school Pickups For A Toddler And 3rd Grader

We're looking for someone to help us with afternoon pickups/early evening babysitting, as well as some nights and weekends here and there. I travel frequently for work and my wife sometimes works too late to be able to pick the kids up from school and day care, so looking for a loving experienced person to help us fill in the gap. Mostly right now we just need a few days covered here and there, but will need someone to do afternoon pickups for the whole first week of December. Ideally we're looking for someone (or several people) who can help in an ongoing way, as I'm frequently traveling for short work trips. Our kiddos are wonderful and sweet (in my totally unbiased opinion).
