Special Needs Caregiver -who Is Fit And Loves To Hike!!

We are looking for someone who is interested in taking our son on long strenuous hikes 1-4 mornings a week (starting 10/10:30 for about 2-3 hours including time driving to regional parks). The days are flexible -the right fit is more important. He isn't a fast walker but can hike 4-5 miles including lots of elevation gains. He loves to engage and play word games (ie, I spy) and identify plants along the way, so this person must also be great at conversation (or at least great at answering questions!).
