Part-time Care Needed For 2 Children (15m, 4y) In North Oakland, Flexible On Days/hours

Hello! We are a family in North Oakland looking for a part-time care, ideally 2 days/week. I work part-time with a variable schedule so we are flexible on the days/hours that we need. Currently my mom watches the kids on days/evenings that I work but we are looking for more support. We have two beautiful boys. G is 15m and a spunky smiley delight. A is 4. 5y and is determined, bright and loving. He is in preschool M-Th 9-3p. The majority of the hours would be for just G but would include A in the afternoons and on Fridays/school closure days. A has mild autism so big plus is you have experience working with neurodivergent kids and think they're awesome! We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping.
