Family In Montclair Seeking Long Term Nanny! :)

Hi there! Were seeking a long term (2+ year) arrangement for our daughter - we would ideally like to start in early October but are willing to lock in the right person ASAP. Our daughter will be 4 months on 10/1. She is already so much fun and is such a bright, curious little girl. We are considering a share with a close friend with an infant similar in age but its not a deal breaker - we are more concerned finding the right person for our family. We live in Montclair and have a dedicated nursery space. We have a flat lot with ample parking as well as an extra vehicle if thats of interest. I (mom) will be working from home in a separate part of the house, and dad will be commuting to the city. We have a small, friendly terrier. Thanks for considering us!
