Hello, We are a queer family (two women) - seeking a nanny to help with our 20-month-old son, R. We split the year between Oakland (montclair hills) and Colorado in the winter. We need someone who can commit to working with us from mid July/Aug - mid December/early January and would love someone open to continuing with us when we come back from Colorado in early April. Looking for 3-4 days a week, (24-32 hours/week), from 8-4/5 (can be a little flexible on this timing). Beginning in late August R will start doing 2 days of daycare a week and we will likely decrease hours somewhat, probably to 2 full days a week and an afternoon, but we are open to discussion given the needs of the nanny. Nanny will plan kid friendly activities at home and out, and help with light tidying around the house.
