After School Babysitting Mon-Fri (10-15 Hrs/wk), 6 Year Old

About the job

After school care needed for our 6-year-old son, starting asap. Hours are 2:30pm-5:00 p.m. M, Tu, Th, F, and 1:00pm-5 p.m. on Wed. Rate would be between $25-30/hr, depending on experience. Looking for someone energetic, patient, calm, warm. Our son loves physical play, legos, and silliness. He's autistic, so while he has mostly low support needs, he can sometimes have a short fuse (can be impatient, or easily frustrated at times). We're neurodiversity affirming and aren't interested in ABA or other behaviorist approaches. Just looking for someone to provide a loving and fun environment for him after school. You'd need a car (due to our house location), and would need to be eligible to work in the US as we use a payroll service for a portion of the hourly rate (it's subsidized care through the regional center).
