Ideal candidates should have prior experience caring for newborns, be reliable and attentive, and be able to stay up during the night to assist with feeding, soothing, and diaper changes etc. -CPR & infant first aid certified -Fully vaccinated (Tdap, flu, COVID-19) -Minimal household tasks -Non-smoker -Strong communication & nurturing approach -Schedule: Overnight care with potential to add daytime hours in the future -Strong communication & nurturing approach Schedule: Overnight care with potential to add daytime hours in the future.
