looking for help in the morning since parents leave early for work. Be there when child wakes up, assist with breakfast, and get her to school on time. Ideally take our dog for a walk but we can hire alternate help if the right fit for our daughter isn't up for that or has time. Then looking for afternoon care to pick up from school and get her to activities. Afternoons are a little variable. Would consider 2 people (one for AM, one for PM) if necessary.
