We are parents to a beautiful, energetic 1-year-old girl and are looking for a nanny that can keep up with her now that mom is back at work. She is very active so someone who can keep her engaged without screen time would be ideal. Someone reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule would be appreciated since we are in healthcare and work rotating shifts.
