Hi, We are newly parents, and we've been trying to manage on our own since returning to work, but I think it's time we look for help. We'd only need help for a couple of days of out the week. Our daughter, C, just turned 6 months, and she's the sweatiest baby! She's starting to crawl and is always smiling. I know our schedule is a little unique. Mike, her dad, doesn't work a typical 9-5pm, and I'm able to work in the office and at home. For some days, I'll be working at home in the other room.
