Our 3-year-old boy loves to read his books, play with magnet tiles, pretend play, play in the sand, dancing, running (playing chase), playing with instruments, legos, drawing, playing with sticks/rocks, looking for bugs. After lunch, he will take a nap between 1:30 to 3 p.m. so ideally after breakfast (around 8:30-9AM) he will have finished playing, dance time, snack then reading (a book of his choice or his kids Bible). He needs to drink water frequently especially when hes running. I will ask him to take a water break and take a breath since he gets coughing fits when he gets really active. Hes fully potty trained.
