Looking Ahead To Summer, Care Needed For An Active Toddler

We are an outdoor family, fostering love for nature and community. We value balance of collaboration and independence, resilience and resourcefulness. Our child loves running, jumping, climbing, ball play and social time with other kids. Indoor time includes fort building, legos, reading books, and stuffed animal adventures. We will need help keeping the daily schedule, meal set up and clean up, dressing and bathing. Excellent toddler communication skills are important, we are looking for someone who can allow our child to feel autonomous while maintaining structure with clear, calm, kind, empathetic, age-appropriate communication of boundaries and feelings. Our child is extremely active and very fast, he needs a caregiver who can physically keep up. We have no public transit option but easy driveway parking for car or bike.
