We are seeking a compassionate, reliable nanny to care for a 20-year-old special needs female in Nipomo, CA. The role includes providing companionship, transportation, meal prep, light cleaning, grooming & hygiene assistance, laundry, and maintaining a consistent routine. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and proactive in supporting an adult with special needs. Requirements: - Experience with special needs adults preferred - Patient, understanding, collaborative, and self-starter - Flexible schedule (two 4-hour shifts/week) - Reliable transportation - Additional certification with Maxim Healthcare after hiring - Starting Pay: $18/hour (hours/pay may increase based on experience/availability) Looking forward to meeting you and finding the right fit for Maddie and our family!
