About the job
Responsibilities: * Care for children, including feeding, changing diapers (for younger kids), and managing naps. * Plan age-appropriate activities (outdoor play, crafts, reading, etc.) that foster development. * Prepare meals and snacks for the children. * Maintain tidiness in play areas and help with light household tasks (cleaning up toys, meal prep). * Communicate regularly with parents about the childrens daily activities. Ideal Candidate: * Experience with children in similar age groups. * Strong communication skills and ability to follow family routines. * Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple schedules. * Comfort with light household tasks related to the children. * CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
