We need a nanny for our 4-month-old boy approximately 5 days per week while my wife works remote. Some days may not be needed, but will guarantee minimum 30 hours per week. It would be in our 1BR apartment in a small living room where my wife will be working remotely while the nanny takes care of baby (soothing / carrying if crying; feeding bottle; play time; diaper change; constant washing and sterilizing baby bottles / dishes). My wife will instruct nanny on preferred methods of care and will be there, but needs to be free to work at the computer all day without tending to the baby, so the nanny will serve as her free hands taking care of all baby needs. Target GROSS pay is 25. 0 / PRE TAX (above board through a payroll provider), plus overtime if more than 8 hours / day.
