Temp Child Care Backup Job

Me and my wife are trying yo establish backup help from day care (for when daycare is off or child is sick or when we need to be out) for our 21-month-old son, Z. We are looking for someone who can commute on their own to Newark. A bit about ourselves: we are Indian couple; we are easy going and love to new people. We are both working. We live in a single-family house with 2 floors. Z. is largely set upstairs in master bedroom. We also have a dog - friendly white male lab, he stays downstairs and is pretty much by himself and very gentle.
