We are seeking a responsible, patient, and engaging babysitter to care for our four children, ages 8, 6, 4, and 2 years old. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment while maintaining structure throughout the day. Responsibilities: Supervise and Engage: Oversee the children during playtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while encouraging creativity and interaction. Basic Care Needs: Assist the youngest child (2 years old) with diaper changes. Remind the 4-year-old to use the bathroom as needed. Meal and Snack Preparation: Prepare and serve meals and snacks at regular intervals. Clean up after meals. Nap Time Management: Ensure all children rest or nap in the afternoon according to their schedule.
